Since this is going to be the only instance on this box I left it to default instance.
I created domain accounts (Local user accounts if not joined to a domain) for each service on in this list but integration services.
First tab has windows or mixed depending on your requires for authentication. Second tab has the your directories for where you wish to store install and databases.
